under processes, Image Name System - User Name System - CPU usage is at 88 or 87 or 90 with Mem Usage at 84,656K. There are no programs running except my firewall. What could be taking up so much of the CPU usage? My system is lagging, I am having difficulties in some of the programs I do run...Internet explorer is constantly telling me it can not display a page, when I refresh the page sometimes it works most time it doesn't. I keep getting a message that there is a problem with the Winsock Catalog...don't know if any or all of this is related. HELP....2 people need an answerI do too
