In my PC Task Manager option is disable and ali+ctrl+del have no work for me. please suggest me.1 person needs an answerI do too

This can be caused by malware. If you think it’s not an infection, try this: In a Run window (Windows key+R), type regedit and press Enter. In the left pane navigate to registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System. In the right pane, double-click and change the value of DisableTaskMgr to 0 (zero) and DisableLockWorkstation to 0 (zero). If the registry key change isn’t relevant, I would suggest that you are infected and you should download the free Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from http://www.malwarebytes.org/ Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install it. Follow the prompts but make sure ticks are placed next to ‘Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware’ and ‘Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware’ then click Finish. If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.

Just try by presseing : Ctrl+Shfit+Esc, should work.
