TaskBar pinned programs text hiding

Hi.. i believe many people with W8.1 pro have this issue, i searched around and never found it yet, found many close solutions, but nothing exact.. maybe it's not that popular, or more likely easy, so i came to the BIG DOGS here hoping to fix it..

It's very simple, Have the Sticky Notes program pinned, and with it text it takes a lot of width on the TaskBar, same as with the WMP when running in background and some other pinned / unpinned programs.. So there's a several "always on" Programs running and with it's text it takes a lot of width on the TB and it's very disturbing as after very few programs on it shrink it all..

So i was wondering if there anyway to hiding the text for specific RUNNING programs that is Pinned or not, or possibly remove them from TB at all but still running? I tried some small apps that supposed to minimize those Wide app to the Notification area [on the right] but it's not working, and i can not minimize the Sticky Notes app anyway, which is a big TB width consumer, therefore a big working delayer..

Anyone?..

Thanks and have a nice day!

Hi Yakir,

Sorry for the late reply.

I checked in registry and group policy, unfortunately seems like Windows only provide related settings entry for notification area. So I am supposing there might be no way to hide specific running program icon on taskbar by using building feature in Windows. Some software provide advanced feature such like multiple desktops (Desktops v2.0), it might be helpful.

And we dont recommend using third party software for that
