I have Windows 7 and tabbed conversations has been working fine for almost a year now. Yesterday I got the error box: Microsoft Lync 2010, Tabbed Conversations has stopped working. The only option is: Close the program.

I have rebooted - no help - I have tried REPAIR from the install tool - no help - and I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times - also no help!

Please help! I carry on multiple chats all day long every day and I need this tool to work!!

Please update Lync client to the latest version:

Then test the issue.

If the issue persists, the issue may also be affected by other third party software. I suggest trying to exit any other third party or perform Clean Boot to test the issue.
