TRIM coupled with System Restore (Win 7 64) remove email?
Environment:Windows 7 64-Bit, Corsair Perf 3 SSD, ASUS P6X58D-E MoBo, MS Office 2010, Outlook 2010 (not on Exchange), TRIM enabled. I recently did a system restore and then tried to undo the system restore. I was able to 'undo' the restore, but some of the client emails were missing. I have TRIM enabled, could TRIM have marked the blocks (which contained the new emails) as un-needed and deleted them? Cannot figure out what caused the email to be lost. 5 Days worth (coincidentally that was the last time a System Restore point was made). So my email reverted to the state it was 5 days prior. I searched for all .PST files to see if the .PST file was changed, but no .PST files contained the missing email. Please help me :)Thank you for helping!

Hi, Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet forums. Do you mean the clients lost email within last 5 days? If you mean the emails saved as .PST files, please locate the PST file, right click on it and choose restore previous version. Check if you can get the email back.
