My Laptop is a non-domain computer. First of all, I don't need to enable TPM, it is already enabled. Therefore there is no option to initial it and type a password. When I turned on BitLocker, I only have the BitLocker recovery key file. My laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad. Where can I find my TPM password?

There is no TPM password needed for using bitlocker. That password is only needed to fully administer the TPM. If you haven't got that password, you would only have to worry if you have no local admin rights. If you are admin, you can reset the TPM without having a password.

I think what you are looking for is how to setup another bitlocker protector, namely a startup PIN, right?

When I run 'tpm.msc' and then try to reset TPM, it ask me to enter the password, if you said it didn't need a password to reset TPM, does that mean I should leave it blank and click next to continue?
