I bought a license for bandwidth splitter but I guess my TMG license Expired and I have some problem in connection. For example, PC connections are limited to time and etc....
Can it because the TMG license?

If you expand the license message, I assume that you have a message about malware protection. That will not affect your system apart from the fact that your system will not download any signatures for malware protection.
The rest of the errors are due to various connection limits. You should examine what clients are having those and why. They could be perfectly legit but can also be signs of malware on the clients. TMG will block a client for some time it reaches a threshold for connection limits.
