Hi

I have TMG 2010 SP2 on Windows Server 2008 R2, I downloaded RU5 and Try to install but when is installing the setup freeze on status "Creating the services Configuration..." I let it run for 5 hours but does not change the state.

Before install RU I installed all critical updates for Operating System and Disable AV (Symantec)

Any idea to solve this problem?
