Hi,

THank you for your post here.

I think we should have an access rule to allow POP on TMG, and we must check TMG live logging to see if there is any useful information or error prompt.

Thank you Sir for your answer and sorry to be late "too busy"

I was trying to make access rule to allow pop  at TMG but unfortunately dos't work, there no error at TMG logging, I was trying to check port by http://www.mynetworktest.com/ports.php I received that the port is closed after TMG but before TMG the port is open, I mean when I disable the TMG I can access the POP but when I enable TMG I can't access the POP email.

Waiting your reply

Hi,

Thank you for your update.

Based on your description, there must be something blocing your traffic, if so, there must be some error information in TMG live logging. The reason why we need live logging is that it is really helpful to let us know which rule has been hit.

Now let us tidy your issue again. Your TMG act as web proxy forward not reverse forward , you have not publish something, right?

Where did you test? internal or on internet?

How did you test the port?

If possble, we may need the sketch for your environment, it is really helpful for us.

Best Regards
