Hi

We're running and authenticated TMG 2010 with service pack 2 Rollup 5 and we have an issue by which Office 2013 products such as Word and Powerpoint are not passing the users credentials and thus the URLS do not open.  Word and Powerpoint usually crash and need to be killed via Task Manager.

If we whitelist the URLs for "All Users" as a test it works fine.

I'm wandering if anyone else has had this issue and if they have managed to resolve?

What are the URLs? Where are the Word and Powerpoint files?

Have you checked the TMG logging when you open the URLs?
