TMG - setup was unable to install ETW Manifest

Good day !

PROBLEM:

I am trying to install MS TMG 2010 Standard on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and get error:

"Setup was unable to install ETW Manifest. As a result, Setup cannot continue."

I am trying to install from domain member computer and domain account, which is in local Administrator group member.

SOLVED:

Runing install from Domain Admin account and installation is successful without any error !!!

We are getting this error also on a completely rebuilt machine, however we are using a Domain Admin account....

Any ideas?
