THE BIG PROBBLEMS WITH 7
ok i installed 7 on a partion on my hardrive and here are some problems the os has________________________PLEASE BE SURE TO READ # 9.)------------------------------------ 1.) you cant access files (in my case my xp files) on the same harddrive 7 is on. 2.) the task bar is "TOO BIG" ..(for me) u need to be able change your task bar (look/theme/style) and remove the old (i like vistas) but i think Microsoft needs more looks. 3.) menus and folders need more display Styles (a drag and place parts would be nice....example move search to the bottom) 4.) the os will not let me use my wireless cards 5.) the one thing we wana see (i wana see ) is everything customizable 6.) also I WILL NOT BE BUYING THIS OS --I FEEL MICROSOFT should make it a giveaway 7.) i dont like the look of the pop up window (taskbar pop up for applications) its again bulky (lacks crisp style) 8.) add the abillity to tag are files 9.) AND THE BIG ONE (add on) I want to move my mouse to the top LEFT corner of the screen and have a transparent bar that touches the start button, show up / slide out. on this bar is (well whatever u want) my documents ,my music ... and your own folders. now upon clicking a buton/tab on this bar, it will turn the whole bar into a vertical list of all the folder's files.then when ur mouse moves up or down on this list, the files will move up or down (as if on a huge wheel turning and each tred is a file) so u can quickly find ur files.NOW BACK TO MAKEING THE BAR APPER (when mouse is moved top left) picture a tab on the bar that appered, when this tab is clicked the bar shows a little search bar (for TAGS) when i type "dog" the bar (or sidebar) WILL SHOW A LIST OF EVERY FILE I TAGED "dog"(if file is a picture a thumbnail is shown), again i can move my mouse up or down on the bar to make the verticle file list move (as if on a big wheel spinning) so i can find my file!!!

Hi! well your point (1) its a problem that has already been posted you only need to give the other partition a letter ( by the way remember is a beta! thing like this will be fixed on retail .. well i hope so ) and with (4) just download the drivers... if they worked fine with vista they will work with 7the other points, well i think is more your opinion than problems, everyone is free to say what he/she feels, but they arent really problems, for me its really working like a charm, no problemas at all since install ( 3 days ), its better looking than XP, and use less resources than vista, i hope micorosoft dont screw this on the final version, I PLAN TO BUY THIS OS if its like this beta!Cheers!Mexico City // My Pc: Dell XPS 410 - Pentium D @ 2.8ghz - 3gb DDR2 Ram - nvidia 8400Gs

2.) go to the taskbar properties and click the box next to "small icons." then the taskbar will be roughly the same size as it was in vista.
