Did McAfee take care of the trojan, or did it just notify you of its presence? You'll need to take care of that first. To get SR to run, start up your PC and press F8 to get to the boot menu and select "Safe Mode with Command Prompt." Once the command prompt window comes up, type in %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe and press enter. The System Restore interface will come up, allowing you to pick a date. You may have better success using this method.SC Tom-There's no such thing as TMI when asking for tech support.
