Hi liz1565, Did you recently make any changes to your computer like factory restore of your system? The System Preparation tool enables administrators to prepare Windows XP system images as part of an automated deployment. This would be done either by your computer manufacturer or from your system administrator. The reason it pops-up is due to the fact that the installation or factory restoration of Windows Xp is incomplete. You can prevent this pop-up by changing the settings within the tool itself. I would suggest you to contact your computer manufacturer who installed Windows XP for you. Hope this information is helpful and let me know if you need any further assistance.Mouneshwar R – Microsoft Support---------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Visit our Microsoft Answers Feedback Forum and let us know what you think
