System files corrupted in a minute?

Today evening I ran the dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

then after it reads ok,i restarted my laptop then ran dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth then it read restoreable

I then used the sfc/scannow and it read failed to fix some of files----I mean, how can my system get corrupted within a minute--it's no virus cause I ran windows defender again and again and it says no virus or anything suspicious.

my questions is, how can I get those corrupted files go right without reinstalling my system?

You might have disk corruption, anything in the logs?

Hi,

Generally, SFC /SCANNOW command could scan all protected system files, and replace corrupted files with a cached copy that is located in a compressed folder at <var class="sbody-var">%WinDir%</var>\System32\dllcache.
