I only have one user on this laptop computer running XP Sp3 and that user is the administrator yet I keep getting blocked out of some activities telling me I don't have access and to contact the system administrator. It usually says "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." I have put no restrictions on this computer that I know of. Help!!!1 person got this answerI do too
