System Shows 100% CPU Usages
Hello, I need your help. I have Windows Xp Pro. Hardware Configurations are as follows: Dual Core 3.4 Ghz Ram 1.5 GB Intel 945 GTP Motherboard Seagate 160 GB Hard Disk When I restart my system it works fine but as soon as I start listening to songs, using internet or anything, everything gets really slow and (music) fumbles in between. When I look at the Windows Task Manager I see in Performance that the System shows more then 60-80% of CPU use which causes this issue. Could you please help me to get Rid of this issue? I have tried everything: - Full System Scan with Updated Anti Virus, Spyware and Malware. - Complete Format (After Deleting all the Partitions) Nothing worked I believe you could help me with the perfect solution.
