System_Service_Exception dump file analisys, HDMI cable removal can be the cause?

I had a BDOS on Windows 8.1, it happened after every restart, so I had to go back to a recovery of my Wondows. I would like to know what has caused the problem, I have the dupm file:

https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=1B8ED898AA1A64A8!106&authkey=!AF-eMRbFQ3J4mWQ&ithint=file%2cdmp

Can you please check the dmp file, and tell what could be the problem?

- One of the possible causes is my new external monitor for the laptop with HDMI cable connected. Some says on the Net that HDMI cable removal can cause this, some says it can not cause any problem. So, what is the proper way of removing HDMI cable from the laptop? Can it be the cause of a BDOS?

Thank you!

Ma

Not a cable issue but memory corruption.  Please run verifier to find the underlying issue

These crashes were related to memory corruption (probably caused by a driver).

Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Please run verifier first.  You do not need to run memtest yet unless you want to.

If you are over-clocking anything reset to default before running these tests. In other words STOP!!!  If you do not know what this means you probably are not

1-Driver verifier (for complete directions see our wiki here)
2-Memtest. (You can read more about running memtest here)

Hello Wanikiya and Dyami!

Thanks for the answer! I have run the Driver verifier and it has detected something: there was a BSOD with the message: driver_verifier_detected_violation. Here is the dumpf file:

050215-39734-01.dmp:

https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=1B8ED898AA1A64A8!110&authkey=!AI2zJ7wEGfcyetM&ithint=folder%2c

Can you tell me what is the problem and some advice how to solve it?

(I set the "Write Debugging Information" to "Small memory dump (256 kB)"  as written here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_other-system/blue-screen-of-death-bsod/1939df35-283f-4830-a4dd-e95ee5d8669d  )

Thank you, I appriciate your answer,

Mrton

These were Related to volsnap.sys volume shadow copy driver from Microsoft Corporation  Since it is part of the OS I would start by running a system file check

Please run a system file check (SFC) & DISM if you are on win 8 or higher
All instructions are in our Wiki article below...
Should you have any questions please ask us.

System file check (SFC) Scan and Repair System Files
