It will not authenticate. It rejects my username and password. Then I am locked out, I have to log into my computer as the admin and unlock my account. I thought it was office 2007 so I uninstalled/reinstalled it but no luck. I pulled the computer off the domain, deleted it in Ad and put it back on the domain. Still no luck. I can be in an admin folder, email, saving a file. It is random. Last time it happened I had, had my computer locked for over 1 hour and when I came back and unlocked it the system security was up. There has to be somewhere or a setting that randomly checks my authentication?

Hi, Based on my research, I would like to suggest the following: 1. Please check the account you are using. If you create a new account and log onto this computer, will the issue occur? 2. Boot the computer to Clean Boot environment to have a check: How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7 3.
