System Restore turned off
My Account is set up as an Administrator account. I receive a message telling me to contact the system administrator to turn on System Restore. This does not work. I am also not able to change from an Administrator account to a user account. System restore and user account are grayed out and do not function. Please advise asap! Thank you.
