System Restore doesn't
I'm getting this error message. I have Vista Home Premium 32. I'm not running Norton. I've tried safe mode and that won't work either. System Restore did not complete successfully. Your computer's system files were not changed. Details: An unspecified error occurred during System Restore. Hope you can help me

Some security programs other than Norton protect their files from being changed, which interferes with System Restore. Could that be the problem?
