Hi ! I have some problems with my Windows 7, I have installed latest update from Windows Update, then some problems appeared, first: ATI Catalyst control center stop working host application has stopped, I cannot download any files from the internet, SkyDrive
application can't run, Windows Live essetials, skype, bing desktop can't run too. All my account information in this apps was removed and I can't log in again. I restore the computer before update but it didn't solved my problem. I reinstall these applications
but nothing happened problems still remains. Please help ! I don't want to restore my computer to factory setting.
Update: I solved problems with ATI Catalyst removing it from AppData but other problems still remains.

Secondly, I suggest you go to
ATI official website and get the latest driver from them. Use that one and see what happens.
Finally, you shuold try
clean boot mode.
