System Diagnostics report wont start
Hi, I need to generate a System Diagnostics report as part of an upcoming IT assessment I have today but my computer just wont generate the report. I am choosing the start the Data Collector Set but no report is ever generated and it seems to remain in a 'Stopped' state. I have also tried running the report from Control Panel>System Info and Tools>Advanced Tools, this also doesn't work. Can anyone help? I am due to be assessed on this later today. Thanks

Hi, You may perform the following steps to have a test . 1. Click Start Menu. Then implement the Command Prompt. 2. Then type %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Microsoft\Network\Connections\Cm\MSITVPN\napdiag.bat to perform the System Diagnostics. If the Windows tell you that it can not find out the file. Maybe you have lost the file or the file is corrupted. Please try to copy a good one from the anther computer to have test. Otherwise, temporarily disable the Anti-Virus software when you execute it.Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
