I am using Windows XP Home Edition. While troubleshooting with Logitech, we were trying to do a "clean boot." I received the following error: "An access denied error was returned while attempting to change a service. You may need to log on using an Administrator account to make the specific changes." This is my home personal computer and I am listed as System Administrator in the User Account. Can you help?1 person needs an answerI do too
