Thanks Ronnie for writing to me. The problem is not resolved. I create a login and made some setting, rebooted the system. and the new login is gone. I also tried to create a new login, drop the old login and rebooted the system. the old login reappears and the new login is gone.Suman

Hi Suman The only thing I can recommend is to use the basic troubleshooting procedures to try and isolate the problem. 1. If the problem started happening recently, try using System Restore to go back to a time before the problem appeared. System Restore: frequently asked questions 2. System File Checker (SFC) checks that all Windows 7 system files are where they should be as they were by default and not corrupted, changed, or damaged. a. Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. b. Click Continue or supply Administrator credentials if prompted. c. In the Command Prompt window type the following, and press Enter: sfc /scannow d. You should see the following on-screen message: Beginning the system scan. This process will take some time. Beginning verification phase of system scan. Verification % complete. Refer to this KB article for more information: How to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows Vista or on Windows 7 Once the scan has completed, try to recreate the behavior. 3. Start the computer in Safe Mode to see if the problem is still present. Start your computer in safe mode What is safe mode? 4. Use the clean boot troubleshooting procedure. I had to take the system to a restored point of the past and update all the softwares again. This is a pain, but the upside is that the system is working with renewed speed. Thank you.Suman
