Synchronize Clock with an Internet-based Time Server Settings Not There
I have upgraded from Vista Ultimate to Windows 7 Ultimate and noticed a problem with locating where to set the default Internet-based Time Server. I clicked on the clock in the lower right corner. then clicked on Change Date and Time Settings but only two tabs are shown in the window. The first tab is titled Date and Time and the second tab is Additional Clocks but there should be a third tab entitled Internet Time but there is not. I tried going through the control panel and I get the same results. Can anyone tell me how to get to the Internet Time Server settings? Thanks

Are you on a domain? If you are, then that's by design as you would sync with an authoritive time server on the domainMCSE, MCSA, MCDST

Also check related policies. Please refer the following article. Windows Time Service and Internet Communication Also please let us know if your computer is in domain.
