Sync PC Settings and Roaming Profiles

Has anyone managed to get a Roaming Profile enabled user to be able to Sync PC settings?

When I disable Roaming Profile, I am able to use Sync settings (all options are available)
When I enable Roaming Profile, all Sync settings options are greyed out.
