Switching between conversations on Lync 2013 on Windows 10

I am trying to find how I cycle between and display multiple conversations in Lync 2013. This is easy in Lync 2013 on Windows 7, but having just upgraded to Windows 10 I now have no easily discoverable way of running multiple chats concurrently and switching between them.

I used the Back Arrow at the top of the Lync window, but this just takes me back to my contacts list and has no way of going forwards (ie. back to where I came from).

I've also tried the old favourites; ALT+TAB but that just gives me the option for one Lync window (ie. the one I had arrowed back to - in my case the contacts page). Hovering over the Lync application icon in the task bar only shows that single window too. It's as if the chats don't exist anymore.

Hi,

From what you describe I'm assuming you're using the Lync 2013 MX app.

The workaround is easy: there's an arrow on the top right corner that will maximise the app:

After you maximised the screen you can easily pull down the chats just like you did on previous versions:
