Hello, We have three users on my home computer Windows XP operating system. When I get off my account and try to switch user to my mom's account there is a problem. I click on the icon for my mom's acct and it loads and comes back to the user profile screen. She is unable to log on. Any advice? Please advise. Thanks, Livia
