I use Surfeasy vpn. Ican get as far as putting in my password and it says connecting to surfeasy servers but nothing happens. I have Windows 7 home preium. Avast security. I have spoken to Surfeasy and they say that something in windows is stopping the connection. I have tried turning off Avast and windows denfender but it does not help.

Hi there, Try to turn off Windows Firewall entirely and check results. In case of windows firewall you will have to create allow rules for surfeasy (port, program etc.) Regards.
