Surface Pro 3 camera not working with UAC off.
Is there any way to make the camera work with UAC turned off? We have several Surface pro 3's joined to our domain and we have UAC turned off. Unfortunately because of this the camera will not work due to it being an app. I can get it to work from the lock screen but that is a hassle and more steps than my users are going to want to do. Is there any way around this or some other software I can install to use the camera from the desktop?

Hi,

Are you talking about the camera app of MS store that can't work with UAC turned off? If yes, it's by design. We can't use camera app with UAC turned off.

If no, I recommend you post the question to Surface forum:

The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding.
