Suggestion for a feature
Hi, I'd like to suggest a new feature for Windows (7, or a next release) about the display management and the graphic presentation of applications. I'm not sure which is the best way to give to Microsoft such a feedback, maybe this forum? Thanks

Actually no, this isn't the place, you're looking for https://connect.microsoft.com/default.aspx ;)MCSE, MCSA, MCDST [If this post helps to resolve your issue, please click the "Mark as Answer" or "Helpful" button at the top of this message. Hi Nicholas, I'll post here then. (Anyway, I looked on connect.microsoft.com, but I couldn't find the right connection to post to) The basic idea is zooming applications (in and out) independently. It could be as simple as WIN_KEY + scroll wheel. With the new graphics driver model (in DirectX 11) it should be quite easy. Nowadays there is a huge variety of screens and applications (new and old). Maybe one has a 1920x1200 desktop resolution like me (or even 2560x1600) and still needs to use an old app designed for 800x600 screens. Fonts or pictures are too small, or simply the app layout doesn't mix well with other open applications. It could be useful in multi-screen configuration also. I'm not talking about changing the desktop settings, because it would affects all applications, but just zooming in and out a single application (only windowed apps, not full-screen apps). It would affects the graphics quality of the app, of course, but the aid would be usefulness, not quality. Even the Windows' taskbar and the Start menu could be zoomed. It would be nice to have a feedback about this feature. Thanks. Claudio B.
