Sudden reboot issue

I keep having issues with my win8.1 x64 workstation (which is used primarily for Supermicro IPMI access for work). Sudden restarts without BSOD or error display, numerous bugchecks in logs.

I'm a Linux admin, not had to deal with Windows errors since 2k3.

Still working on driver verifiers, memtest was OK but going to create a new boot USB and run it from it again.

I'm attaching my minidumps, I caught a crash tonight and ran debugger which seemed to point at 'chrome.exe' for a DPC Watchdog Violation. (Getting symbols errors in debugger which the prompted fixes aren't really helping much with).

The crashes still keep occurring. It's also preventing the PC from upgrading to Windows10 (the BSOD triggers during the upgrade every time).

I'm wondering if it's worth uninstalling all my various motherboard drivers and then trying?
