Stuck on Cap lock
My cap lock will only stay on and not turn off when entering the scrambled word to reset my password otherwise it worsk on everthing else just bought this gateway windows 7 starter last week

Are you doing this on a certain website? Sometimes the website itself will make it so you enter stuff in all caps even though your keyboard is not turned on cap lock. Thank you! http://www.pcmedikonline.com
