Stuck in Safe Mode
I cannot get back into Windows 7 normal mode. I have seen your replies but it would be handy if you assumed that everyone is computer illiterate and you gave line by line instructions on how to go about making changes, for example, how to upgrade
BIOS etcetera.

Startup repair:
