Streetsmart Pro upgrade 4.289 --- can't log in after update
I recently upgraded Streetsmart Pro to 4.289. Until the upgrade it worked great. However, after the update I can't log in. I am blocked immediately after entering password. I use CA suite for security.
I tried turning off firewall but still can't log in. Help!

Contact CA support and also Streetsmart support.
If it problem with communicate over internet by CA firewall.
Also try to add it to Firewall rule of CA.
