Strange coding of IP addresses from CMD prompt
So When I go to a cmd prompt and look at the network settings with ipconfig or I ping, the IP responses are strange. See below sample. What's that all about? Also I can't seem to connect to the XP computer via the network. Vista says it cannot find the computer. It will not find the computer when I specify the ip address either. I know I'll get responses about checking to make sure there is no firewall, etc.. I've done checked about everything I could think of and still cannot connect to the XP machine. Thanks in advance for your responses.
