Store login in failed, Bad Length. error
I can't login in to Windows 8.1 Pro Store. I've got a Bad Length error all the time. WSReset.exe wont fix it out.

Hi.

Had the same problem just now after restoring Windows 8.1 from Windows 10 Technical Preview (store apps like Skype not working and 'Bad length' error when trying to sign in Windows Store).

Disconnecting the account (switching to local) and then connecting it with Microsoft account again solved it.

Answered myself: Go to Charms Bar, Settings, Change PC Settings, Accounts.

From there, you will see your account, and the option to disconnect. After that, reboot, repeat above, but choose connect to Microsoft Account. That fixed it for me.

Thanks.

I confirm that this method worked for me perfectly. I also had tried Windows 10 and reverted back to 8.1. The method above fixed the "bad length" error.

Thanks
