Store Not Working

Hi,

My name is James and I recently reset my computer for school, the software is automatically changed back to Windows 8, which was what it was when I got the laptop.

I have tried to install Windows 8.1, but the store doesn't seem to be loading, and when it does none of the buttons work.

I have tried Windows 10, but I personally prefer Windows 8.1.

Please help me I'm getting really annoyed.

Hi Maxlives,
The main issue is that the Windows Store won`t be opened ,right ?
Please take the following steps to have a fix:
Step 1 :
Run the  Apps troubleshooter to have a fix.
Step 2 :If the issue persists , re-register the Store App with the following code.
Open an administrator command line and then input the command:
powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.XML

Step 3:
Clear the cache by running the WSreset.exe.
Step4:
Refer to the following to check the registry keys` permissions.
