Stopped sharing folder, but can't get rid of it on remote computer
I have 2 Windows 7 machines. On one, I shared a few folders, and set them up on the remote computer to always be available. Sometime after that, I moved things around on the first computer, which caused the shares to disappear. If I browse the network and select the first computer while on that computer, it shows no active shares. However, on the remote computer, the shares still appear, and had all of the offline folders intact. I have deleted most of them, though each share has 2 or 3 folders that won't delete (it says I don't have permission). I cannot seem to get the remote computer to accept that those shares no longer exist. How do I get the remote PC to stop showing those shares from the first computer? Thanks! Jeremy

Hi Jeremy, Thanking you for posting here! This sharing problem could be caused by many aspects, your detailed steps are very important to figure out the reason. Please run the computer as an Administrator, then write the steps clearly, I recommend you number your computer like Computer A or B for better description. Your cooperation is much appreciated.
