Stop emails identified as containing virus from being delivered

Hello,

We are running ForeFront Protection for Exchange 2010.

In the last few days our organisation have been inundated with emails containing malicious attachments.  ForeFront has been doing a good job of identifying and cleaning the viruses from the attachments, but the emails are still getting delivered to their recipients.

I would prefer it if the recipient just did not receive the email.  I can't find an way of configuring this in ForeFront though.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks in advance,

Ros

Hi,

in addition to Andys post, set the action to purge and the email won't be delivered to the recipient.

Greetings

That's great, thank you both for taking the time to answer.
