Hi!
3b usually indicates a problem with the drivers, and normaly for graphicscards.
Just to check; Did you completely uninstall the old drivers before you installed the new ones?
What card is it that you are using?
It would also be great if you could upload the dump that was created! (C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP)
Then we can take a closer look and hopefully find out what file or process that causes the BSOD.
Best regards
Andreas

It is NVIDIA GEForce 430 graphic card.
I went to NVIDIA website downloaded and installed newest drivers over old drivers. I had same problem about 2 years ago with different NVIDIA card and I uninstalled & installed previous card maybe 10 times. I gave up on PC and bought a new PC.
Now I was thinking that I can give that PC to my daughter so I bought a new card but still I am having same problem (blue screen)
How I can upload dump file?

Okay, then I would recomend that you completeley uninstall the drivers from Add/remove programs.
Then restart the computer and install the latest drivers again from Nvidias website.
My guess is that it's the old drivers that's causing this since they are still installed. (Most likley a corrupt file)
You can upload the file here at this site: https://www.rapidshare.com/
Then paste the link here and I can download it and take a look at it.

WinRar caused me problems so I dumped the program and use 7-Zip. Using Sky Drive avoids nasty popups and unsavoury adverts.Hope this helps, Gerry

Hi ,
I suggest you update your BIOS, Chipset and the hardware drivers.
Error 0XD3 was found in the dump file. You may refer to the following link and try the methods in it:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff560252(v=vs.85).aspx
If the issue persists, please upload the latest the BSOD dump file on SkyDrive. The log file will be %systemroot%\Minidump.
