I used to have this program and liked it very much; then received an e-mail to delete it????? Then I saw an e-mail with you telling people to use it again after I had already paid for a renewal again and then had deleted it. What's up with that? I was happy with it, but why did you tell me to delete it? So I then downloaded your new Security Essentials program to have something to keep my computer safe, but it does not have a way to do the other features of Live OneCare; i.e., clean up the hard drive, etc.; it only works on the security. I am very fed up with Microsoft for what they did. I want an explanation as to why you made Live One Care unavailable and told me to delete it if I had it and then later told the public in an e-mail to use it again. I shouldn't have to buy it again. What the ____ are you up to? I am on permanent disability with limited funds. I can't afford to buy your products when you have a whim and then change your mind 5 minutes later.
