When computer comes up the page says unit was turned off or power outage, listed are safe mode, safe mode w/ networking, start windows with last setting & start windows. Page has timer at bottom of 30 seconds and counts down. If I push enter or timer expires, it always returns to same page no matter what I push. Turned unit off from on/off switch and unplugged 1 hr with same results? I need help, please...1 person needs an answerI do too
