Start up.
I get a black screen with an apology, saying that I have either pressed a power button or the reset button, or I have not shut down properly, or the previous start up was interrupted due to power failure . I can't do anything with it at all!Please can someone help me? 1 person needs an answerI do too

Can you get into Safe Mode? Repeatedly tap the F8 key as the computer is starting up to get you to the diagnostic menu. If that doesn't work, try Last Known Good Configuration from the same menu. If that doesn't work, then we would need more information about the computer and its recent history to narrow down the troubleshooting. You could be experiencing hardware failure or Windows might be damaged from malware or other software problems.
