Is it possible to start a program and run it on my secondary monitor. I have my PC monitor as my primary and I have my TV as my secondary monitor VIA HDMI. I would like to run my gaming programs such as World of Tanks on my TV (secondary Monitor) but it always starts and runs on my primary. Can I switch this with out making my TV the primary because I do not want the taskbar to pixle burn into my tv. I am currently running windows 7.

The is sort of. There are standardized start positions. If you want something more developed then have at it. Usually the monitor does not change but for what you are talking about with affinity the answer is "probably" to certainty. You dont need a utility for anything this simple. Renee

When I write programs I only focus on the task at hand, the window position is unimportant. Windows will automatically put it somewhere.
