When I scroll over Start button and bar the hour glass appears.I can open a few programs on the screen but computer seems slow. Was able to get online thru Bekin or Belkin(?)Recovery does not seem to work. Laptop has quarantined ghost viruse which has never been a problem. Computer skills are very limited. 1 person needs an answerI do too
