Start bar at bottom of page disappears.
When I get to my home page there is no start bar. If I go to another screen off of the home page my start bar will appear at the bottom of the page. If I x out of a screen and the computer goes back to the home page, I loose the start bar. If I press F11 it will come on but I have to do that every time I navigate away from the home page and come back. Any suggestions.1 person needs an answerI do too
