It cant solve my problem and gives me the option to send the information. i send it then it says "if you have recently attached a device to this computer.........remove it and restart the computer." i have nothing connected to the laptop but it still doesnt start right. i try to use the system resore option but it wont work either. i choose a poit in which to restore but it doesnt solve the problem.
