Start Up EXEs are getting blocked for Local Administrator while UAC is set to ON
Start Up EXEs are getting blocked for Local Administrator while UAC is set to ON. We have added our EXE path in HKLM/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/WINDOWS/CurrentVersion/Run. In this case also some time our EXE failed to get launched while UAC is set to on. The interesting thing is that if we replace another EXE name with our EXE name, it will get failed to launched the EXE. To run the EXE we need to run it as as Administrator.Harsh Gandhi, Web Developer
